Katy, The Memphoodian, is a young woman living in Memphis, TN who has eaten her fair share of amazing, terrible, tasty, and gag worthy food of her home town. She is obsessed with food, food shows, and food TV hosts. One day, The Travel Channel and The Food Network might destroy her.

The Memphoodian’sl odyssey through her her personal grastronomy is wonderfully different from the set ups of food television. She makes no apology for her taste and preferences. She throws no bones to the locals and she fawns not on the media food gods. Keep at it, Memphoodian, lest we fall into celebrated error and egregious twaddle.
